A regular Jiu Jitsu class consists of a warm-up, a technical part (during which you learn new moves), some situational training, and live Jiu Jitsu sparring. At Unity we offer various types of classes, each one focused on improving your Jiu Jitsu in a slightly different way. First training is always free! Don’t worry if you don’t speak Polish. Our instructors speak English and we run classes in both languages if needed.
